The fifth floor will be the first part of a state of the art duplex apartment with luxurious facilities on both floors. The lower part or first storey of the duplex has an office or entertainment area, through which one can be directly ushered into the formal living space. The dining area and outdoor sitting areas are spacious and offer a splendid view of the surroundings, especially the natural lake.

The swimming pool directly faces the green area in an infinity pool style construction. The floor also has a second water body for a scenic, calming ambience throughout the apartment. There are two separate kitchens: the service kitchen and the dry kitchen, along with a spacious storehouse.
